SHIPPING TERMS

BAKVIO INC provides AI-generated tattoo design services to customers in the United States. Digital design services are typically delivered electronically; for orders containing physical goods, we provide shipping services within the U.S. through third-party logistics partners.

1. U.S. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services primarily within the United States. Customers must provide an accurate and complete recipient name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code when placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

For orders containing physical goods, we typically require 1–2 business days after successful payment to review, pick, pack, and prepare the order for shipment.

Processing times may be extended during weekends, U.S. federal holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once physical goods have been shipped, standard delivery within the U.S. is estimated to take 3–7 business days.

Therefore, the total estimated delivery time—calculated from the moment of successful payment—is typically around 4–9 business days.

The timeframes above are estimates only; actual delivery dates may be affected by the delivery address, weather conditions, holidays, peak shipping periods, and carrier operations.

4. Logistics and Shipping Partners

To fulfill orders within the U.S., BAKVIO INC may select different third-party logistics providers based on the order location, product type, and delivery address. These include, but are not limited to:

UPS
FedEx
USPS
DHL

The specific carrier will be determined based on the details of the order.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once physical goods have shipped, if tracking services are available for the order, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Customers can use the tracking number to check the shipment status of their package.

6. Shipping Delays

We strive to complete deliveries within the estimated timeframe; however, actual delivery times may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, peak shipping periods, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

If there have been no updates on the shipment status for an extended period, please contact us, and we will assist in investigating the matter within reasonable limits.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided in the order is accurate. If a package cannot be delivered, is returned, or incurs additional charges due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be held responsible for the associated costs.

If you discover an error in the address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If the package you receive shows signs of obvious damage, please inspect the items immediately and contact us, providing your order number along with photos of the package and the items.

If tracking information indicates the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the relevant carrier to make inquiries, and then contact us for assistance.

9. Digital AI Tattoo Design Services

Digital services, such as AI tattoo pattern design, generally do not involve physical shipping. Once the customer has made payment and submitted their design requirements, we will process the design based on the purchased service and deliver the digital content via email, the customer account, or the method specified on the website.

Specific processing and delivery times are subject to the details provided on the service page or in the order confirmation.

10. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for physical products will be displayed at checkout based on the items, the delivery address, and available shipping methods. Digital AI tattoo design services generally do not incur physical shipping fees.
